Ingrediants:
winter melon/ kumbalanga- 1 cup
coconut milk thick- 1 cup
green chilly- 3
blackeyed beans/ vanpayar- 1/2 cup
coconut oil- 1 tbs
salt
curry leaves
procedure:
cook the beans using salt and water.
cook winter melon, green chilly with water and salt seperately.
after that add the cooked beans to it.
mix well and allow to boil.
now add coconut milk and curry leaves.
cook it in a low flame for6-8 min.
then put the flame off and add some more curry leaves and coconut oil.
mix well.
olan is ready to use.
