Fulka ingredients :
Atta -2 cups
Water- 1 cup
Oil- 2tbs

Procedure;

Make dough using the ingredients above. Set aside the dough for rest about 15-20 min. Then make small balls and roll the chappathi in round flat. Medium heat a thawa and put the chappathi on tawa and cook both side till it get small bubbles (about 10-15 seconds). Now put this chappathi directly on the flame. Now you can see that the chappathi is puffing. .cook the both side..
Now fulka is ready.
Potato roast ingredients:
Potato -3
Onion-4
Tomato big-1
Garlic choped-1tbs
Ginger choped - 1 tbs
Green chilly sliced -2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder - 1 / 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbs
Chilly powder - 1 tbs
Garam masala-1 tsp
Fennel/sweet cumin/perumjeerakam- 1/2 tsp
Salt

Procedure;
cook the potatoes without peeling the skin using salt.
After cooking it is easy to peel off the skin using our hand. peel it and do not cut.
Heat oil in a pan and add sweet cumin , after popping and ginger and garlic. After saute ,add chopped onion. Add little salt . saute till it get brown colour. Now add tomato and green chilly. Saute well and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and garam masala respectively .. now add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Now add the cooked potato and mash into it . Mix well and add salt if necessary.
Potato roast is ready.
Serve the combination hot
