Ingredients;
For marination;
Fish mackerel / ayala - 4
Chilly powder - 1 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbs
Salt - to taste
For masala;
Onion-4 chopped
Tomato -1 chopped
Green chilly -4 sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
Coconut milk - 1/4 glass
Chilly powder -1 tbs
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbs
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Procedure:
Marinate fish with above ingredients for about half an hour.
Then fry the fish and set aside.
After that in the same oil add onion, green chilly etc . Saute well . Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well and add tomato. After sauteing well add turmeric, coriander, chilly powder respectively. Saute and add garam masala to it. Then add the fried fish to it and mix well carefully. Add some curry leaves and coriander leaves. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame. Put the flame off and add coconut milk . Mix well and close the lid for about 5-10 minutes..
Fish masala is ready...
