EASY SPECIAL CHICKEN BIRIYANI
This preparation is very easy, no need to slice anything crush them in a mixer grinder. sauteing can be done all together.

Ingrdiants:
Cashew- 10,15
Raisins - 10
Onion - 3 sliced
Fry all these in ghee.
For rice :
1. Jeerakasala rice- 3 glass
2. Ghee-4 tsp
3. Cinnamon- 4
4. Cardamom-5
5. Cloves-5
6. Bayleaves -2
for masala:
7. Chicken- 1 kg
8.Curd - 1 1/2 glass
9. Ghee- 100gm
10. Onion - 2 crushed
11. Small onion - 15 Nos crushed
12. Tomato- 2 crushed
13. Ginger - 2tbs crushed
14. Garlic- 2tbs crushed
15. Greenchilly-10 nos crushed
16. Salt -to taste
17. coriander& mint leaves
18. Garam masala-2tbs
Preparation;
Rice.
Heat 4 tsp ghee in a pan . Add whole spices. Saute well.
Add rice to it..saute for 2 minutes. add 6 glass water and salt. Cook till the water absorbed
.
Masala.
Add all the ingrediants from 8 to 17 in a pan and mix well. Put the flame on and saute well for about 10-15 mintutes. then add chicken to it. Add garam masala. Close the the lid and cook till the chicken get half cooked.
Dhum procedure:
Layer chicken masala in a large pan.
Add 1/3 portion of rice evenly spread over the masala..sprinkle cashew, raisins, coriander & mint leaves, fried onion, ghee , little garam masala.. repeat using balance rice and other ingredients. . Cook this on low flame for 10 minutes
