Ingredients;
Boneless chicken- 200 gm
Maida- 1,2 glass
Onion finely choped-3
Crushed ginger & garlic - 1 tsp each
Green chilly crushed-1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Egg
Rusk powder
Oil
Water
Procedure;
Cook the chicken using little salt and pepper powder.. drain water and let it dry.. crush the chicken using mixier grinder..
Heat a pan and little oil . Then add ginger garlic and green chilly respectively. saute it well . Add onion and saute. Allow the onion to became brown colour and add pepper powder, chilly powder, garam masala and coriander leaves. . Now add chicken to it...saute it well. The filling is ready.
Make a batter of maida using salt and water. In a hot pan make a pancake (like dosha) using batter..
Fill the pancake using masala and roll it.. paste the end using the batter .dip the roll in egg and rusk powder respectively..
Now you can fry the rolls in a hot oil ...fry till it get brown colour. .
